These general terms and conditions shall apply to all those wishing to enter the Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025 exhibition Public days (Saturday April 5, Sunday April 6 and Monday April 7, 2025)

  • The Public days of the Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025 exhibition (« WWG 2025 ») will be held on Saturday April 5, 2025 and Sunday April 6, 2025, from 8.30am to 7pm and on Monday April 7, 2025, from 8.30am to 5pm. Last entry 30 minutes before closing.
  • The rights of access (the « Tickets ») are limited for each date.
  • Visitors under 12 years old must be registered and accompanied by an adult.
  • The prices displayed are in Swiss francs, inclusive of taxes.
  • Only Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted.
  • All on-site services are cashless. Cash payments are not accepted.
  • No Ticket will be reimbursed, returned, replaced, or exchanged (even if lost or stolen).
  • To obtain an entry to the Public days, Tickets must be purchased in advance on the website www.watchesandwonders.com (latest at noon of the day of visit). No phone or email reservations will be accepted. It will not be possible to purchase tickets at the venue.
  • When you purchase your ticket online, you will be required, for security reasons, to provide personal details and upload a photograph in ID-document format with uncovered face; we also reserve the right to take a photograph at the access points if necessary. Should you refuse, entry will be denied with no entitlement to a refund of any kind.
  • You may purchase up to 6 (six) Tickets online. You must then provide the personal details of all those accompanying you and inform them that a photograph is needed for the purpose of their Ticket.
  • The exhibition will have a media coverage, therefore you may be photographed or filmed for media communication purposes and/or those of the Watches and Wonders Geneva Foundation (“WWGF”) or the exhibiting brands.
  • By purchasing your Ticket, you thereby agree to your image being used in this context, the same applying to the other visitors for whom you purchase a Ticket.
  • Once you have purchased your Ticket, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and an E-badge with a QR code. The QR code is strictly personal and cannot be transferred.
  • On entry to the Salon, the QR code must be scanned at the entrance. The QR code will only be valid if it can be read on your mobile phone or has been printed on the front and back of a clean sheet of white A4-size paper. A good quality print-out is necessary to allow the QR code to be properly read in the WWG 2025 materials, especially the scanners at the speed gates. Illegible Tickets and/or QR codes, even partially, will not be accepted and no refund of any kind shall be payable.
  • An identity document must be shown at the entrance of the exhibition. The entry will be denied to any person unable to provide such identity document or having attempted any identity theft.
  • It is forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit the Ticket, QR code or badge in any manner whatsoever. The WWGF reserves the right to take legal actions against any person who has attempted to forge the Ticket, QR code or badge, and more generally against any person who has attempted to fraudulently access the exhibition.
  • WWG 2025 reserves the right to remove anyone from the Salon whose behavior is inappropriate, towards the exhibitors, other visitors or staff.
  • Should the Public days be cancelled, only the amount paid for Tickets will be reimbursed, and no additional amount.
  • Swiss law governes these general terms and conditions. In the event of litigation, the Geneva courts alone shall be competent to judge their validity, interpretation and execution.
  • The WWGF reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

General terms and conditions for anyone booking an accommodation through the Watches and Wonders Geneva Foundation ("WWGF") hotel booking platform (the “Platform”)

  • Access to the Platform and booking accommodations through it are reserved for holders of a Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025 exhibition (« WWG 2025 ») Public days ticket ("Customers").
  • By making a booking through the Platform, the Customer expressly accepts these general terms and conditions, or any updated version thereof. THE WWGF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME.
  • The Platform presents a list of establishments partnering with the WWGF (the "Partner Hotels").
  • The information presented on the Platform has been provided by the Partner Hotels. The WWGF cannot guarantee its accuracy or be held liable for any errors or omission. Reservations made by Customers through the Platform are made on the basis of the information available on the hotels’ websites. For any clarification on the hotels’ services and applicable terms, Customers should contact the hotels directly.
  • The WWGF provides the Platform as a centralized way to search, compare and book accommodations with the Partner Hotels. The WWGF is a mere intermediary. The contractual relationship is between the Customers and the Partner Hotels – not the WWGF. The WWGF cannot be held responsible for the experience within the Partner Hotels or any issue arising from, or in connection with, a stay at such hotels.
  • The prices displayed are in Swiss francs, all taxes included. For all Partner Hotels, breakfast is included in the room rate. The Geneva City taxes (CHF 3.75 per night per person) must be paid directly to the Partner Hotel.
  • Only payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are accepted.
  • Each Customer making a booking for third parties shall obtain their consents before providing their personal data to the WWGF.
  • Upon booking, the full amount of the booking is charged to the Customer.
  • Once a booking is made, the WWGF confirms the booking details to the Customer, including the name(s) of the customer(s).
  • Bookings can be modified or cancelled, free of charge, up to 7 days before the arrival date (the “Cancellation Period”). A Customer cancelling a booking during the Cancellation Period will receive a full refund. After the Cancellation Period, the booking is non-modifiable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Swiss Law applies to these general terms and conditions, to the exclusion of its conflicts of Laws provisions. In the event of dispute, the courts of Geneva shall have sole jurisdiction to rule on their validity, interpretation and execution, subject to a possible appeal to the Swiss Supreme Court.
